Wilted Broccoli Sprouts

- 1 quart broccoli sprouts (about 2-3 broccoli seeds, sprouted)
- 1 tbsp lard
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- salt to taste
Heat lard in skillet or saute pan at medium-high heat.
Add garlic and heat until barely browned, less than a minute.
Immediately add sprouts to pan. Stir well for a few minutes or until sprouts are completely wilted. If you prefer more tender sprouts, add 1 tbsp water to pan and cook covered, stirring occasionally at low to medium heat until water evaporates.
Add salt to taste.
