Ingredients

  • 3 cups plain milk kefir
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1/3 to 1/2 lb ripe berries
  • dash of vanilla
  • 1 tbsp honey

Preparation Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well in a blender or with an immersion mixer/blender.
