Mango Kefir Smoothie

Similar in taste to a mango lassi, with a thick, custardy texture.

  • 3 cups plain milk kefir
  • 2 small or medium sized ripe mangoes, peeled and pitted
  • dash of vanilla
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 raw egg yolk (optional)
  • dash of ground cardomom (optional)

Preparation Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well in a blender or with an immersion mixer/blender.

  2. Chill in refridgerator for 1/2 hour before serving.
