Mango Kefir Smoothie
Similar in taste to a mango lassi, with a thick, custardy texture.

- 3 cups plain milk kefir
- 2 small or medium sized ripe mangoes, peeled and pitted
- dash of vanilla
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 raw egg yolk (optional)
- dash of ground cardomom (optional)
Mix all ingredients well in a blender or with an immersion mixer/blender.
Chill in refridgerator for 1/2 hour before serving.
